●新曲「Lizard Love」を提供。元々はGetA Gripの前後といわれる未完成曲で、この映画のために手直して発表。作者クレジットは、タイラー/ペリー/リン。リンは、ELOのジェフ・リンらしい。１分ちょっとのショートビデオも作られた。なかなかカッコいい。
●アニメ専門チャンネル、ニコロデオンの人気アニメ「ラグラッツ」の長編第３弾（たぶん）。全米６月13日公開。
●アニメで声優として出演しているブルー・ウィリスと、プリテンダーズのクリッシー・ハインドの共演（２）や、アメリカン・ハイファイがポリスをカバーした（１）なども聴きもの。最後を飾るE・G・デイリーの（14）も名曲です。全編通しても、なかなか楽しいアルバム。 |

●ＴＶアニメ版「スパイダーマンのテーマ」を、ロックアレンジでカバー。
●２００２年ジャパンツアー直後に取り組んだサントラ。実はGirls Of Summerと一緒に作った曲を提供するつもりだったのだが、採用拒否されたらしい。それでアメリカ人にはおなじみのテーマ曲のカバーに。2002年６月のＷ杯コンサートでも演奏された。しかし完成が遅かったため、映画にエアロスミスの曲はは使用されず、幻の曲に。
●ノリノリのロックが続々登場する。ただしサントラといっても劇中で流れる曲は少なく、イメージ・ソング集をいったほうが正しい。 |

●エアロスミスは「I Don't Want To Miss A Thing」以来２年ぶりの新曲を提供。いかにもアクション映画っぽい曲だなと思ったら、予想どおりカーアクションの場面に使われていた。
●日米同時公開で大ヒットしたアクション映画のサントラ。アメリカは2000年10月24日、日本盤は11月１日発売。
●全米＃１ヒットのデスチャ「Independent Women, Pt. 1」など新曲と、オリジナルＴＶシリーズを見ていた世代が喜びそうな1970〜80年代ヒットをミックス。レオ・セイヤー、スパンダー・バレエ、マービン・ゲイ、ハートなど往年名曲も入って、私は結構楽しめました。アポロ・フォーフォーティーは、オリジナルＴＶ主題曲（１４）をリメーク。

●「Animal Cracker」の正確な表記は「Vocal by Steven Tyler, Dialogue spoken by Live Tyler & Ben Affleck」。ミス・ア・シングのサワリの部分をピアノでスローに演奏、それにあわせて、リヴ・タイラーとベン・アフレックのせりふをコラージュしたもの。２回スティーブンのボーカルも入る。新曲というよりバージョン違い。
●ヒットＳＦ「アルマゲドン」のポップ・アルバム（劇中音楽を集めた厳密なサントラもある）。ブルース・ウィリス、ベン・アフレック、３番目にリヴ・タイラーがクレジットされてるハリウッド大作。「テーマ曲書いて」と愛娘におねだりされたスティーブン・パパ、頑張りました！ おかげでシングルチャート初の１位。

●映画でも一瞬ライブやってます。輸入版ビデオも激安（約1100円）。期間限定2500円の日本盤DVDもあります。レンタルビデオ店もチェック。

●ベスト盤の定番曲「Come Together」は、この映画のために録音された。ビートルズを手掛けたジョージ・マーティンが総合プロデュースをしており、サントラ盤の音楽自体はよくできてます。ただ映画本体は赤点レベル。
●ビートルズの名曲をモチーフに、大人気だったビー・ジーズ、ピーター・フランプトンを主役に作られた音楽映画。EW&Fなど、当時の人気者が総出演。「サタデー・ナイト・フィーバー」「グリース」の路線第３弾だったのだが、脚本がどーしょーもなく大コケした。全編ビートルズ・ナンバーのカバー曲が流れる。
●エアロスミスは終盤近くで「悪役バンド」として登場。ヒロインを誘拐した設定で、Come Togetherを演奏しながら登場するという、もぉ〜わけわからん！ 演奏シーンがあるので、その部分だけは見てもいいんですけど。輸入版ビデオはとっても安いし(1000円前後）。 |
